so many things happen at work today. its so like...overwhelming?

first there was a lady frm vietnam who lost her wallet n inside contained 2000 over US DOLLARS. gosh.. tts a lot ya know. she didnt lose it but was instead pickpocketed. so when she came to the counter with one sales girl frm bodyshop i cld see she cried cos her eyes are like so red. the theft actually cut a hole in her paper bag n stole her wallet. so silly of her to leave her stuff inside the paper bag. the thing is, the theft must have followed her for some time having realise tt she's carrying so much money with her. then, when he/she sees she put the wallet into the bag he must have been so happy.. so later the securities came n those frm the control room had to come down to settle the matter too. i really pity the lady. she didnt't dare to call her husband cos she's scared. dAmN that pickpocket. lets hope his stolen money will all turn into hell notes the moment he wakes up tmr morning. ahahaha!

then there was a person who lost a hp.. tts more like a usual lost n found case.

thEN, a grp of indians(they are really from INDIA) came up to the counter together with a lady staff frm guardian to redeem beanie cushions cos they spent like $500 over? so i told the indian lady tt the cushions are all fully redeemed which means they are all out of stock already n there wont be any new stock. she was like alright with it until the stuPId guardian lady brought the matter up n said,"how come don't have any gift? they spent so much n dont have any gift?" i was like thinking,"wHAT tHE hEll~" theres nth tt i can do abt it. i explained n explained patiently n nicely to her but she just wont agree. so i asked my colleague who's a CSO- pauline- to talk to them. but pauline was like a bit busy talking to our GM( she's a BIG shot in case u dunno). then tt sTupiD guardian lady like bombarded pauline with all the sTupiD questions like,"y no gift y like tt one bLAh bLAh bLAh.." so pauline was like dunno watta do also so she also say no gift la. so aft a while, this sTuPId guardian lady says they want to see our manager. she kept looking at me as if i can help her like tt but i just ignored her hAh theres nth she can do to me. so i told her to wait la cos pauline's busy. she didnt have any patience so she stepped forward to ask alan,"ae we want to see your manager~" at tt time i really feel like giving her a slap man. she's a total bITcH i tell u. if she didnt blow the matter up all those indian ppl wldnt have got like so angry over some stupid gifts! alan n i are like part-timers only so theres nth we can do abt it. so he went to tell pauline tt they want to see the manager. HAH. at tt time, pauline was talking to our GM. whoa...really coincidental man. in the end the GM had to give them HER 2 cushions to satisfy them. tt sTupiD guardian lady was just trying to shift the blame obviously cos she was the one who told them can redeem 2 cushions n even brought them to the counter u see. so if they nv get anything she will have to be the one to be blamed u see. whAt iS thIs wOrLd cOmIng tO mAN~

oh and today's alan's last day. haha.. kiddy has to go back to school. sigh.. nobody to laugh at n to poke at any more. =\ i gave him a farewell present which i hope he likes but he says i waste money..

soon it'll be my turn to go back to sch. sians... time to face all the stress n nightmare tests exams once again...
