No way to say

today we visited the st joseph's home for sick and disabled. Many ppl came vv late den made everyone wait. we were all supposed to reach school at 8.30am but...the latest person turned up at a few minutes before 10am..amazing isnt it? the visit was supposed to end at 11.30 but bcos of all the delays, it ended at 12 plus n the time time we spent in the home was naturally very short.
anyway, the visit was quite a sad one. almost of the old people there are wheelchair-bound and if they aren't, they had to use walking sticks and walk slowly towards their destination. y use 'destination?' cos they take a real long time n i'm sure moving ard the place for them isnt as easy as abc. some cld be feeling pain each step they take and some just dont have that energy to lift their whole leg. many cldnt really speak bcos they're left with only some teeth but some still cld speak quite clearly n they apparently are still very clear abt wats going on ard them. i feel glad for those who are more normal n sad for those who aren't. one uncle just knocked the spoon on the table n spat all his food on the table dont know for wat reason but it was disturbing. then there was this old lady tt i spoke to the most but later on her niece or daughter(i dont rem its which) came n so i left them to talk on their own.
the home is quite a well furnished place n its really big. lk joseph(the in-charge) said, the place looked totally lk a resort. this means, to be able to get into this home it wld need some money i guess. the thing is, if those ppl are rich enough to send them here why can't they look after them properly in the first place? n i wonder if they visit them at all... perhaps some had proper reasons as to y they had to be placed there but i'm sure some just took them as a burden n tts y, they ended up in the home. sigh..just see how inhumane ppl can be~
aft the visit i felt tt those elderly ppl who still had the care n love from their family are really fortunate. i realised it when i saw this 60+ lady cross the road. u know, they still can dress up nicely, have nice home-cooked food and enjoy the company of their grandsons/daughters if any. some ppl just dont realise how lucky they are until they lose everything.

This life that we live is like a vapor
That appears for awhile then goes away
Live life to the fullest every single day
Lest you regret it
